Steven is our Parts Manager. He is responsible for planning, controlling stock and selling parts for anything Cummins. As ‘QuarterMaster’, he keeps a very tight eye on anything in the stores!

Jules is rather like a ‘petty officer’ responsible for ensuring we run a smooth and efficient business. Generally she has fingers in many pies, including sales, marketing and getting in the workshop whenever she’s allowed or driving the forklift when the boys are off site.
robin 'weekend admiral' cole

Robin is our ‘Weekend Admiral’. Basically he chooses when he comes and goes based around his own nautical tide-table. He’s the crew member who gets involved with special projects.
james 'jesse' lee
Generator sales and logistics
James is our Onan specialist, providing techical information and selling Onan generators between 4 – 29kW. He also looks after all our delivery and collection logistics around the globe.
lindsay 'chief' rufford

Rufford, as he prefers to be called, is our Chief Engineer. Effectionly known as ‘Chief’ to those of us who work with him. As man and boy, he has many years of hand-on engineering experience. If he comes aboard make sure your engine room is ship shape.
gwyneth 'ledger bosun' flaherty

Gwyneth is our Accountant. She works with us once a week, keeping the accounts in order, doing the pay-roll and ensuring that everyone pays their invoices on time.
dan 'buffer' partridge

Dan is our Sales Manager for all new Cummins engines sales along with ZF and TwinDisc gearboxes and Onans above 40kW. Dan joins us after working at Cummins for 12 years and he has an good working knowledge of the products.
karl 'taff' evans

Karl is our engineer, specialising in Onan generators. Most of his time is spent converting generators into the whatever the required specification might be, running and testing them before go off to customers. Karl has been working in the marine trade locally for 27 years.

Pip is the ‘Senior Service’ member of the crew. At the grand old age of 112 years on the 16th October, she is a genuine Salty Old Sea Dog. We can’t say she really enjoys the water but she’s always out on it with us.
